  • Condition of Items: Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Due to health and safety regulations, certain items cannot be returned once opened. This includes:
    • Injectable products
    • Prescription medications
    • Items with broken hygiene seals

How to Initiate a Return

Returning an item is easy. Just follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team via email or phone to request a return authorization number (RA#).
  2. Package Your Return: Carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging.
  3. Label Your Package: Clearly write the RA# on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship It Back: Send your package back to us using a trackable shipping method.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and process your refund.

Here’s what you can expect:

  • Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.
  • Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the payment method used at checkout.
  • Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply for certain items.
